Available with every paid BrandBinder plan. Dealer and end-user requesters are unlimited.
Two ready-to-use forms
Collect the dealer, order or invoice, product, serial number, issue, requested resolution, shipping details, and evidence. Matching dealer contacts connect to CRM.
Collect contact, retailer, purchase date, product, serial number, troubleshooting, shipping address, receipt, photos, and repair details without creating a CRM dealer.
Change labels and required fields, copy a public link, embed a form on your site, or create another intake form for a different support workflow.
How it works
Dealer requests can sit beside the company and contact in BrandBinder CRM. End-user requests keep a separate customer service history based on the requester’s email.
What it keeps track of
See the linked dealer and CRM contact, or the end user and their previous service requests.
Record the request type, product or SKU, serial number, purchase or invoice details, priority, owner, status, and due dates.
Keep replies, photos, receipts, PDFs, invoices, and other documents with the ticket instead of searching through separate email threads.
BrandBinder Tickets is $29 per workspace each month, works with Portal, Marketing, and CRM plans, and includes unlimited dealer and end-user requesters.
Email setup
Every enabled workspace gets its own BrandBinder support address. Share that address with dealers, or forward an address you already use.
BrandBinder gives your workspace an address such as support+yourbrand@brandbinder.app. New messages create tickets automatically.
If dealers already use an address such as support@yourbrand.com, forward it to the BrandBinder address. This is optional.
Replies and attachments stay with the right ticket. BrandBinder checks message details so the same email is not imported twice.
You can manage the address, forwarding option, and automatic ticket creation from Tickets → Email setup.
