Workspace ownership
Brand customers own the products, pricing, files, campaigns, dealer lists, and brand-specific dealer records in their BrandBinder workspace. BrandBinder provides the hosted application and dealer-access controls used to publish that data to authorized users.
Dealer profiles
Dealers own their claimed company profile information. Brand-specific notes, pricing groups, authorizations, and campaign history remain scoped to the brand workspace that created them.
Dealer access
Dealer logins are free. Access to products, files, feeds, pricing, announcements, and public locator visibility is controlled by the brand workspace and may be granted, narrowed, or revoked by the brand.
Field Reports add-on
The Field Reports add-on lets a brand authorize outside rep firms and representatives to submit store-visit forms, contacts, photos, and follow-up details to that brand workspace. The brand controls its forms and rep access. Customers are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for the information their forms collect.
Subscriptions and add-ons
Paid plans and add-ons renew at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Add-ons require an eligible active base plan. Canceling an add-on stops future renewals and may disable the related workspace feature at the end of the paid period without canceling the base plan.
Hosted storage
BrandBinder plans include hosted storage allowances for product media, PDFs, price sheets, dealer downloads, brand assets, and feed files. Additional hosted storage is available on request. Customers should keep original source files outside BrandBinder.
Operational backups
BrandBinder maintains operational backups for service recovery, but hosted files are not sold as a customer-controlled backup archive. Customers remain responsible for preserving original source files, master assets, and records they need outside BrandBinder.
Security and data processing
Customer agreements may include security, data-processing, subprocessor, data-residency, retention, export, and deletion terms. Public summary details are available on the Trust & data security page.
Campaign compliance
Customers are responsible for sending marketing email only to appropriate recipients, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable marketing consent rules. BrandBinder provides opt-out and targeting tools, but the customer controls audience selection and message content.
Cancellation and deletion
If a brand or add-on is canceled, related dealer or rep access may be suspended. Workspace data, including field-report submissions and evidence, can be exported or deleted according to the applicable agreement and operational retention needs.
No resale of dealer data
BrandBinder does not sell dealer lists or dealer contact data. The dealer network model depends on trust between brands and dealers, and shared dealer profile data is used to support authorized brand-to-dealer workflows.
